At LOA, Nur project manages downtown revitalization studies for a mix of public sector, private sector, and non-profit clients. To support the revitalization of commercial corridors, Nur engages a wide range of stakeholders, conducts comprehensive retail market analyses, and best practice research.
Project Analyst (2014-2016) - Center for Active Design
At the Center, Nur provided public health research and analysis to support active design publications and analyzed key project examples to support research for the Center’s forthcoming publication on design and civic engagement, Assembly. Nur also reviewed affordable housing plans and conducted staff training for developer applicants to the Active Design Verified Initiative.
